2 full, + 1 half bathroom Wood burning Fireplace w gas starter Laundry w washer/dryer 2 Decks Attached Garage and onsite parking for 2 cars Incline Passes to access private beaches and facilities Completely remodeled condo in a small quiet complex south of Tahoe Blvd. This is not a great place for bachelor parties. :) This was a private residence and has nicer finishes than most rentals - but nothing "precious." We invite you to come in and enjoy yourself. On First Floor - To keep the home clean, we ask that shoes be removed at the front door. Thank you. Enter off the large front deck to heated slate entry. Guest bath and laundry with utility sink off entry hall. Modern Kitchen with GE Profile gas appliances, butcher block bar opens to open living/dining area with Desk, couch, and sitting area. Off living room is a large deck with a barbeque and chairs overlooking a green grassy HOA landscaped lawn area. The home is fully equipped with cooking and service wear for 6 people. Large 42" Flat screen TV, free cable and wifi, stereo, and a library full of DVD's, books, and games for you enjoyment. There are also a few sleds and beach gear to borrow in the large closet. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. On second floor - New carpeting upstairs deserves respect - no food or drink please. A large master bedroom w Queen Bed, ensuite travertine tiled bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a large remodeled bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 - Queen Futon Bed, Closet has built-in desk Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds ( one a trundle) pull up to King size (Room is configured for children) The condo has a deeded one car garage below, and parking in front. Please, need my neighbors love , park only two cars (total!). Incline Village features private beaches, golf, tennis and a full recreation center.
